Improper access control in SolarWinds Serv-U 15.4 through 15.4 Hotfix 1 allows remote authenticated users to bypass MFA. SolarWinds has not disclosed the affected authentication locus or the operation that incorrectly accepts an administrator's request. Administrator-level Serv-U access is required, and successful exploitation removes the additional authentication factor protecting affected access.
