Authentication bypass in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager 2023.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to access ARM components. The RabbitMQ instance is configured with hard-coded credentials that were exposed in a public knowledge base, so those credentials authenticate any holder. The attacker needs network access to the same environment; the disclosed impact is unauthorized component access and sensitive-data exposure.
