Stored XSS via unescaped CDN status notices

Stored XSS in LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress 5.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts in administrators' browsers. The litespeed/v1/cdn_status REST route accepts any caller because is_from_cloud returns true, and update_cdn_status stores unescaped _msg or nameservers input in an admin notice. The default installation is exposed; an administrator or other wp-admin user must view a back-end page, where the script runs in that user's browser context and can support account takeover.
