Email content disclosure via premature URL capture

Information exposure in OpenTelemetry Java Instrumentation before 1.28.0 allows remote authenticated users to read email content from telemetry. The AWS SDK v2 interceptor reads SdkHttpRequest.getUri before QueryParametersToBodyInterceptor moves SES query data into the POST body, storing subject and message values in span URL metadata. The condition requires an instrumented SES v1 SendEmail call and access to the resulting telemetry, with no reported data modification or service interruption.
