Remote process crash via malformed property list

Heap-based buffer overflow in eProsima Fast DDS allows remote attackers to crash affected processes through malformed RTPS packets. While parsing PID_PROPERTY_LIST, push_back_helper copies a 17-byte property value into a 16-byte heap allocation after trusting an attacker-controlled 32-bit size. Any network-reachable Fast DDS process on the targeted domain can be crashed without authentication or user interaction.
