Unrestricted file upload in pmc.exe 2.5.1.720 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary files on PMailServer. The Broadcast Mail CGI inadequately validates uploaded file types, allowing the web server to launch executable content. Exploitation requires permission to upload through the CGI and grants the launched process the web server account privileges.
