Application crash via unchecked ASN.1 structural fields

Denial of service in NLnet Labs bcder before 0.7.3 allows remote attackers to crash consuming applications via malformed ASN.1 data. Unchecked nested lengths, truncated primitive or tag content, invalid bit-string padding, and malformed object identifiers reach panic paths instead of errors. Exploitation requires a consuming application to decode attacker-controlled BER, CER, or DER input and interrupts only that process.
