SQL injection in mainmenu.php in webchess 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter preference records through crafted session data. The main-menu code concatenates $_SESSION['playerID'] without quoting into UPDATE statements that write the preferences table. The record is disputed because playerID is server-controlled session state, leaving no established path for attackers to supply SQL.
