Database disclosure via unsanitized where parameter

SQL injection in iCMS 7.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to obtain indirect database disclosure through admincp.php's where parameter. The database query action evaluates a time-based SELECT SLEEP(10) subquery placed directly in the POST-body where field as SQL syntax instead of data. Exploitation requires a valid administrator session and CSRF token; the published proof of concept demonstrates a timing oracle, not data modification or code execution.
