Cross-site scripting via unsanitized member fields
Published Aug 28, 2023 · Updated Oct 2, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Free and Open Source Inventory Management System 1.0 allows attackers to execute scripts through Add Member fields. The Add Member path renders submitted Name, Address, and Company values as HTML without neutralizing script markup. Submission requires no privileges, but a victim must view the resulting content before the injected code executes in that visitor's browser.
