Stored XSS via unescaped promo_code
Published Jul 27, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Cross-site scripting in GZ Scripts Availability Booking Calendar PHP 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via promo_code. The index.php booking edit handler stores the promo_code value and reflects it into an HTML input value without escaping, allowing script markup to execute when the booking page is viewed. Exploitation requires authenticated booking-management access and a victim browser loading the affected booking record; impact is limited to script execution in that browser session.
