Unauthenticated command execution via crafted lang parameter

Command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R 9.1.0cu.2089_B20211224 and 9.1.0cu.2350_B20230313 allows remote attackers to execute code. The setLanguageCfg function handles the lang value without neutralizing shell metacharacters before using it in a system command. No authentication or user interaction is required, but network reachability to the router's management service is necessary; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands on the appliance.
