Encoder crash via dropped-frame counter desynchronization

Out-of-bounds read in AOMedia libaom 3.0.0 through 3.5.0 allows remote attackers to crash an encoder via dropped frames. The encoder inconsistently advances frame and display counters and leaves overlay state stale when dropping frames, so assign_frame_buffer_p selects an invalid buffer and reads beyond valid memory. Triggering the fault requires an encoding workload with frame dropping enabled; the grounded consequence is a process crash rather than data disclosure or modification.
