Local control interruption via single-CRLF request

Denial of service in TP-Link Tapo C100 1.1.15 and earlier allows adjacent remote attackers to interrupt local camera control. The camera's HTTP service mishandles a GET request containing only one CRLF in its headers and becomes unresponsive, with repeated requests extending the outage. The attack requires local-network access; it blocks mobile-app control for minutes but leaves cloud access and sometimes RTSP video available.
