Stack-based buffer overflows in Zavio IP Cameras with firmware M2.1.6.05 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via XML requests. Multiple XML-processing paths copy or parse attacker-controlled elements without adequately validating the allocated stack-buffer size. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution on the camera.
