Arbitrary SQL execution via unneutralized id parameter

SQL injection in ECTouch v2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands through the id parameter handled by insert.php. The default/helpers/insert.php handler uses $arr['id'] in a database statement without neutralizing attacker-controlled SQL syntax. The endpoint requires no authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation permits direct database reads, writes, deletion, or service interruption.
