Stored script execution via unescaped graph names

Stored XSS in graphs.php in Cacti before 1.2.25 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser. At graph-edit view time, graphs.php prints a composite name containing attacker-controlled device and data-source names into link text without HTML escaping. Template Editor/Data Templates or General Administration/Sites/Devices/Data permission is required to store the payload, and a victim with General Administration/Graphs permission must view the affected graph; the script then acts as that victim.
