Account takeover via unescaped data-query debug output

Stored XSS in host.php in The Cacti Group Cacti before 1.2.25 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser. The verbose data-query view prints debug_log_return('data_query') without HTML escaping, so script content stored in a template path runs when rendered. Template Editor Data Queries permission is required to store the payload, and a victim with Sites/Devices/Data permission must open verbose output, enabling account takeover or actions as that victim.
