Cloud credential disclosure via unredacted destination view

Information disclosure in GitLab EE 16.2 through 16.2.4 and 16.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read a Google Cloud private key. The Google Cloud Logging audit-stream destination view returns the stored privateKey field to the UI without redacting it when an existing destination is expanded. Exploitation requires an Enterprise Edition group with Google Cloud Logging configured and another Group Owner, who can use the exposed service-account credential to access the associated Google Cloud account.
