Root code execution via relative path file write

Path traversal in Softing Secure Integration Server 1.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files. The /runtime/uacore/nodesetxml handler accepts a relative path and writes a file outside the intended directory. Authentication is required, but bypassing it and chaining the file write with other flaws enables code execution as root.
