Unsafe deserialization in Inductive Automation Ignition 8.1 before 8.1.35 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The AbstractGatewayFunction class deserializes attacker-controlled Java data without adequate validation. Privileged Gateway access is required, and successful exploitation runs code as SYSTEM.
