Arbitrary file reads via unvalidated download filenames

Relative path traversal in ZAM170-NF-1.8.25-7354-Ver1.0.0 firmware allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files over the network. The CMD_DOWNLOAD_PICTURE handler passes an attacker-controlled filename directly to the file-open function without validation, permitting traversal outside the intended image directory. Port 4370/TCP exposes the command; the default COMKey is zero, and the privileged standalonecomm service permits disclosure of sensitive files including /etc/shadow.
