Deserialization in the input module of Huawei HarmonyOS 3.0.0 and 3.1.0 and EMUI 13.0.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. Huawei has not disclosed the serialized data format, entry point, or operation that permits the out-of-bounds read. Network access without privileges or user interaction is sufficient, and the documented consequence is availability loss only.
