Authenticated code execution via unfiltered site_id
Published Sep 5, 2023 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
SQL injection in graphs.php in The Cacti Group Cacti before 1.2.25 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via site_id. The ajax_hosts and ajax_hosts_noany branches concatenate site_id directly into a WHERE clause instead of filtering it as an integer. Any authenticated account that can reach the graph-management request can inject database expressions, enabling privilege escalation and server-side code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
