Remote code execution via incomplete ZIP filtering
Published Aug 4, 2023 · Updated Oct 17, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in LinuxASMCallGraph before commit 20dba06 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted ZIP file. web/index.php checks only the archive listing for filenames containing php before extracting the ZIP, leaving symlinks and .htaccess content unscreened. Exploitation requires the web upload path and a web-server configuration that processes the extracted content, granting code execution on the server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
