Host crash via unbounded tag-tree allocation

Resource exhaustion in OpenJPEG 2.5.0 allows attackers to crash the host by decoding a crafted JPEG 2000 image. The opj_t1_decode_cblks path keeps allocating tag-tree nodes from codestream-controlled structures without enforcing a memory limit. An application or user must process the supplied image; successful exploitation consumes available memory until the operating system kills the decoder or the host crashes.
