Local denial of service via unchecked allocations

Resource exhaustion in OpenJPEG 2.5.0 allows local users to crash opj_decompress by opening a crafted JPEG 2000 file. The decoder repeatedly calls opj_calloc for roughly 2 GB blocks without enforcing a cumulative memory limit after parser checks accept the file. A user or application must submit the file for local decoding; memory exhaustion terminates the process and can pressure the host.
