Processing hang via missing EPH marker

Resource consumption in OpenJPEG 2.5.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt image processing through a crafted JPEG 2000 file. opj_t2_read_packet_header treats missing required EPH markers as warnings and continues parsing without advancing past the malformed data, repeatedly emitting warnings. Delivery is remote and unauthenticated, but a user or application must process the file; the affected process can remain in the loop for hours.
