Unauthenticated database access via Controller Manager SQL injection
Published Aug 14, 2023 · Updated Oct 9, 2024
SQL injection in Mitel MiVoice Office 400 SMB Controller 1.2.5.23 and earlier allows remote attackers to read and modify database data. The Controller Manager passes attacker-controlled input to database operations without sufficient validation; Mitel has not disclosed the affected endpoint or query construction. Unauthenticated access from a network adjacent to the controller is sufficient, and exploitation can execute database and management operations.
