Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Solid Edge SE2023 before V223.0 Update 7 allows attackers to execute code through a crafted PSM file. The PSM parser reads past the end of an allocated structure when processing malformed file data. A user must open the file; successful exploitation runs code in the current process, while failed attempts can crash the application.
