Forced account switch via missing OAuth state

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins GitLab Authentication Plugin 1.17.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to log users into attacker accounts. The OAuth authorization flow starts without a unique, unguessable state value bound to the authentication request, so its callback cannot establish that the browser initiated the flow. Exploitation requires user interaction with an attacker-controlled authorization flow and changes the Jenkins session to the attacker's GitLab identity, exposing activity performed in that session to the attacker.
