Stored XSS via unencoded build-log hyperlinks

Stored XSS in Jenkins 2.415 and earlier and LTS 2.401.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute browser script. Build-log rendering converts attacker-controlled plain URLs into hyperlink annotations without sanitizing or properly encoding their URL values. Exploitation requires control of build log content and user interaction with rendered output, exposing the viewer's Jenkins session to same-origin script.
