Arbitrary file upload in Webkul UVdesk 1.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through a crafted image upload. The knowledge-base folder creation endpoint accepts a solutionImage part labeled image/jpg, retains a .php filename, and places it under the web-accessible assets/knowledgebase path. A valid member account with folder-creation access is required; requesting the uploaded PHP file then runs commands as the web server.
