Converter crash via crafted GIF near-null read

A segmentation fault in ngiflib at commit fb271 allows local users to crash gif2tga by processing a crafted GIF file. The public report identifies main at gif2tga.c line 169 and records a read from address 0x2, but it does not disclose which decoded field becomes invalid. Execution requires a local user to run gif2tga in indexed mode on the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is process abort, not code execution.
