Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted comparison URL

SSRF in rConfig 3.9.4 allows remote authenticated users to make arbitrary server-side requests through its configuration comparison endpoint. The configcompare.crud.php handler passes the unrestricted path_b URL into doDiff() in classes/compareClass.php, where PHP file() fetches it. An authenticated session can therefore probe internal web services or read server files through supported URL wrappers, including file://.
