Denial of service in GM MyLink 2021.03.26 allows physically proximate attackers to interrupt the infotainment system through a USB device. The USB input path processes random data from attached storage and enters a failure state, but the responsible parser and erroneous operation are undisclosed. Physical access to the vehicle's USB port is required, and the documented consequence is limited to interruption of the in-car infotainment system.
