Forum-post deletion via forged administrator requests

Cross-site request forgery in Chamilo LMS 1.11 through 1.11.20 allows remote attackers to delete forum posts through an administrator. The forum-post deletion action trusts a request carried by the administrator's authenticated browser without confirming that the administrator initiated it. An administrator must be signed in and induced to submit the request; the documented consequence is deletion of forum posts, not arbitrary code execution.
