Sensitive file disclosure via encoded path traversal

Path traversal in FileMage Gateway 1.10.8 and earlier on Windows allows remote attackers to read sensitive host files via HTTPS. The unauthenticated /mgmnt/ handler accepts URL-encoded backslash traversal sequences and resolves them outside its intended directory. Only Windows Azure Marketplace deployments were demonstrated; testing reported non-Azure deployments as not vulnerable, and the read access exposes configuration files and SSH keys.
