Registration tampering and root escalation via D-Bus

Improper authorization in Red Hat subscription-manager allows local users to alter registration through its D-Bus interface. The com.redhat.RHSM1 interface exposes state-changing methods without adequate authorization, and Config.SetAll writes arbitrary directives to /etc/rhsm/rhsm.conf. A low-privileged local account is required; SetAll-equipped streams allow escalation to unconfined root, while older affected streams permit unregistration but not that escalation path.
