Administrator role deletion via unchecked user ID

Missing authorization in JeeSite 1.2.6 allows remote authenticated users to delete an administrator's role information via a user ID. The delete function in com.thinkgem.jeesite.modules.sys.web.UserController accepts an arbitrary ID and removes associated role data without verifying that an ordinary user is authorized to modify the account. Any authenticated ordinary account that can reach the deletion route can strip role assignments from an administrator without reading data or interrupting the service.
