Arbitrary file download in jizhi CMS 1.9.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute code by downloading a crafted plugin. The /c/PluginsController.php endpoint accepts a crafted plugin download that can place executable code in the CMS. Authenticated access is required, and successful exploitation can compromise server confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
