Node privilege escalation via PowerShell argument injection

Improper input validation in Kubernetes CSI Proxy 1.1.2 and earlier or 2.0.0-alpha.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain node admin access. Volume API methods interpolate untrusted volume IDs and paths directly into PowerShell command strings instead of passing them as data. The attacker must be allowed to create pods on a cluster node running CSI Proxy; successful injection executes commands with the proxy's administrative host privileges.
