Authenticated command execution via backup filename injection
Published Sep 20, 2023 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
OS command injection in Dolibarr ERP CRM 17.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through the backup page. The low-memory mysqldump path passes the administrator-controlled backup filename into a shell command without sufficient neutralization. Administrator access and selection of the mysqldump export and low-memory options are required; successful exploitation runs commands as the web server account.
