Database disclosure via predictable web-root backups

Broken access control in OS4ED openSIS Classic 9.0 allows remote attackers to download a database backup without authentication. The backup function writes complete SQL dumps into the web root under a predictable opensisBackup.sql name that receives no access check. An administrator must first generate the backup; exposure then includes the entire database and stored password hashes.
