Attachment disclosure via unauthenticated object reference
Published Sep 28, 2023 · Updated Sep 23, 2024
Insecure direct object reference in gugoan Economizzer 0.9-beta1 allows remote attackers to read other users' cash-book attachments. The attachment-serving route accepts /attachment/{id}/{filename} requests and returns the referenced file without enforcing an authenticated session or ownership check. An attacker needs the attachment identifier and filename; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized attachment disclosure without data modification.
