Master-password disclosure via uncleared renderer memory

Information disclosure in Bitwarden Desktop 2023.7.0 and earlier allows local users to read a locked vault's master password from process memory. The Windows Electron renderer preserves plaintext form data after the vault is locked, and another unprivileged process can scan Bitwarden.exe memory for the password. The vault must have been unlocked at least once in the current Windows session; the disclosed master password permits access to protected vault contents.
