Database disclosure via QueryView parameter injection
Published Aug 8, 2023 · Updated Oct 15, 2024
SQL injection in ChurchCRM 5.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive database data through QueryView.php parameters. QueryView.php incorporates the birthmonth and percls POST values into the Birthdays SQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling boolean-, time-, and UNION-based injection. A valid session and access to QueryID 18 are required, and the disclosed consequence is database reading, including stored credentials.
