Credential disclosure via stored Web UI JavaScript
Published Oct 23, 2023 · Updated Sep 11, 2024
Stored XSS in IBM Sterling Partner Engagement Manager 6.1.2, 6.2.0, and 6.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials. The Web UI stores and later renders user-supplied JavaScript, but IBM has not disclosed the affected field, endpoint, or failed neutralization step. A user account is required to store the payload, and execution in a trusted session can alter Web UI behavior and expose that session's credentials.
