Stored XSS via unsanitized invitation messages

Stored XSS in Umbraco CMS before 8.18.10, 10.7.0, or 12.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML into invite emails. The backoffice Users section places attacker-controlled invitation-message HTML into outbound invitation mail without neutralizing it. Access to the Users section and a recipient who renders the message are required, enabling attacker-supplied markup to run in the recipient's mail context.
