Unauthenticated command execution via unfiltered module URL

OS command injection in FIT2CLOUD CloudExplorer Lite 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands through module installation. ModuleManageController passes the caller-supplied download URL to updateModule in run-core.sh, which embeds it in a curl command without filtering shell metacharacters. The network endpoint requires no privileges or user interaction, and injected commands run on the backend host with the service's permissions.
